Formal bids that are handled and issued by the Office of Administration’s Division of Purchasing can be found in MissouriBUYS by selecting “State of Missouri” as the “Department”. The title of each of these formal bids will contain the state agency name for which the formal bid is being processed by the Division of Purchasing.
